RUNNING
One run at a time.
Keep showing up.
Training notes, small milestones, race reflections if and when they happen, and the role running plays in everyday life.
A place for the process
Running is one of my interests outside academics. This page is a space to document how it fits into the rest of life — the sessions, the routines, the goals, and the lessons that come from being consistent over time.
What I can track
- Run notes: date, distance, time, and effort if recorded and verified.
- Training reflections: what felt good, what was difficult, and what I want to adjust next time.
- Milestones: personal goals or events once they genuinely happen.
- Photos and video: occasional visual snapshots of the journey.
Keeping it balanced
This website is about a whole life, not an endless scoreboard. Training updates should fit around school, rest, and other responsibilities. I won't publish performance claims or personal bests unless they're real and recorded accurately.
This is a starter page for future entries, not a claim that a specific training plan, race, or result has already happened.
