CYCLING
Take the long way
when it’s worth it.
A home for bike rides, route notes, photos, kit reflections, and little things that stay with you after the ride.
Why I want to document rides
Cycling is one of the interests that belongs in this website alongside school and projects. Ride journals can preserve more than metrics: the route, the scenery, a lesson from the day, and the reason a particular ride was memorable.
What a ride entry can include
- Route: a general route or area, without disclosing sensitive routines or precise real-time location.
- Ride details: date, distance, moving time, or elevation if you have verified data you want to share.
- Photos: a small gallery with captions and alt text.
- Reflection: what you enjoyed, what you would change, and what you learned.
- Gear notes: products you actually used, with honest context and no invented reviews.
Photo journals and ride videos
This page is ready for photo essays and embedded videos. A post can combine a short written story, a few selected images, and a video if one exists. There are no invented routes or ride statistics on this starter page; future entries should be based on your own rides.
Privacy tip: publish ride information after the ride, not live. Avoid showing your home, regular start point, or a predictable real-time route if that could compromise your safety.
